Day 1: Arrival in Baiona

Day 2: Baiona – Vigo

  • Breakfast and morning activity.
  • El Camino.
  • Lunch at La Mesa de Conus”, a gastronomic experience at the bar of an extraordinary chef featuring the finest seasonal local produce.
  • Experience the beauty of the Vigo Estuary with a boat tour around the protected Cíes Islands. Enjoy onboard tastings of local specialties while taking in the stunning coastal views. 
  • Night at “Pazo de los Escudos”.

Day 3: Vigo – Redondela

  • Breakfast and morning activity.
  • El Camino. 
  • Lunch at the Michelin-starred  restaurant “Maruja Limón” a natural, close, and surprising gastronomic experience complemented by a minimalist environment of wood and stone.
  • Free afternoon to explore the city center of Vigo, enjoy traditional tapas and wines in its old town, and indulge in some shopping.
  • Night at “Hotel Nagari Boutique & Spa”, featuring a fantastic rooftop spa overlooking the city of Vigo. 

Day 4: Redondela - Pontevedra

    • Breakfast and morning activity.
    • El Camino. 
    • Lunch at the Michelin-starred  restaurant “O Eirado da Leña”, where the protagonist is Galician gastronomic products treated with simplicity and respect, in the well-known Praza da Leña, right in the historic center of Pontevedra. 
    • Guided tour through the center of the town of Pontevedra, one of the best-preserved historic districts in Galicia, of medieval origin, where we will visit the emblem of the Portuguese Way: the Church of the Virgen de la Peregrina. 
    • Night at “Parador de Pontevedra”.

Day 5: Pontevedra –Caldas de Reis

  • Breakfast and morning activity.
  • El Camino. 
  • Lunch at the “Pazo de Rubianes”, one of the finest manor houses in Galicia, surrounded by vineyards and camellia gardens. Includes a wine tasting of Denomination of Origin Rías Baixas wines. 
  • Night at “Pousada Real”. 

Day 6: Caldas de Reis - Padrón

  • Breakfast and morning activity.
  • El Camino. 
  • Lunch at the “Sisal” restaurant, facing Los Arenales beach, in the heart of the charming fishing village of A Pobra do Caramiñal, where we will savor the finest fish and seafood from the Arousa Estuary.
  • Sea tourism activity with the shellfish harvesters of the Arousa estuary, the largest in Galicia.
  • Night at “Hotel Corona de Padrón”.  

Day 7: Padrón – Santiago de Compostela

  • Breakfast and morning activity
  • El Camino. 
  • Lunch at Michelín-starred restaurant A Tafona”, where we will taste a cuisine deeply linked to Galicia, to the coast, and to the region’s orchards.
  • Guided tour of the historic center of Santiago de Compostela and its Cathedral. 
  • Night at Hotel Spa Relais ¬ Chateau A Quinta da Auga
  • “El Encuentro” dinner.

Day 8: Santiago de Compostela

  • Breakfast
  • End of the experience
